Our cheese is featured on the menu at Sandlot in Baltimore; Masseria by Nick Stefanelli on 4th St in Washington DC; Woodberry Kitchen Restaurant in Baltimore;at Zaytinya in Washington DC during milking season (Zaytinya offers a menu inspired by Turkish, Greek and Lebanese cuisines); at the Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Va; Linden Vineyards in Va; The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm, Lovettsville, VA;  Bistro Sancerre in Alexandria, VA.
